Terms of Service

Effective date: 12 September 2026

Al Fhoud is a gaming community platform. These Terms are the agreement between you and Al Fhoud when you use the website and the games and features we offer.

1. Who we are

Al Fhoud Guild ("Al Fhoud", "we", "us") is an independent, community-run gaming platform, available at alfhouds.com. It is a home for gamers that hosts a growing range of games, tools, and features, and we add to it over time. Today these include game divisions and tools, a free online board game (Zonko), social features, information tools and content hubs for the games we cover, an esports hub, a free-games feed, and patch-notes updates.

Al Fhoud is a fan community. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the game studios, publishers, or stores whose public information we display.

2. Operator and licensing

Al Fhoud is operated by Mujtama' Al Fuhood Company (شركة مجتمع الفهود) — in English, Al Fhoud Community Company — a One Person Company officially licensed in the State of Kuwait by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Kuwait). Its formal registration details are:

  • Operator / licence holder: Mujtama' Al Fuhood Company (شركة مجتمع الفهود), a One Person Company registered in the State of Kuwait;
  • Licence number: 2026/5050;
  • Commercial Registration (CR) number: 544331;
  • Issuing authority: Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Kuwait);
  • Licence type: Free-Enterprise (Micro-Business) commercial licence — activity: commission agent and commission trading (activity code 461011).

3. Accepting these Terms

By visiting the website or creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Some pages (for example game information, esports schedules, and the free-games feed) are public and can be viewed without an account. Creating an account is only needed for personal features such as social, notifications, and multiplayer play.

4. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Al Fhoud with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements.

5. Your account

Sign-in is handled entirely through Google or Discord (OAuth). We never ask for or store a password. You are responsible for keeping your Google or Discord account secure, and for activity that happens under your Al Fhoud account.

You may link both a Google and a Discord identity to the same Al Fhoud account. Each person should keep a single account, and you must not impersonate another person or use a handle that is misleading or offensive.

6. Accounts are for real individuals only

Accounts are for real individuals only. Every Al Fhoud account must belong to a real, individual person. You may not create or operate an account on behalf of — or in the name of — a community, group, channel, brand, or company. Accounts that represent a non-person entity may be suspended or removed.

7. Community conduct and acceptable use

Al Fhoud is a shared community. When you use social features, multiplayer lobbies, or any other part of the platform, you agree not to:

  • harass, threaten, bully, or hate on other members, or post content that is hateful, sexual, violent, or illegal;
  • cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, or otherwise abuse multiplayer games or invites;
  • spam, scam, or send unwanted invites, follows, or messages;
  • impersonate Al Fhoud staff or any other person, or misrepresent your identity;
  • scrape, overload, probe, or attempt to break the security or rate limits of the platform;
  • upload malware, or use the platform to distribute anything harmful or unlawful.

8. Games and features

The games and features we offer grow over time. Today they include Zonko (a free online board game with lobbies, bot seats, and invites), social follow and friend features, information tools and content hubs for the games we cover (for example champions, tier lists, items, runes, a summoner lookup, and patch notes for League of Legends and VALORANT), an esports hub, a free-games feed, and a feature that lets approved content creators and streamers declare the game they are currently playing.

Features are provided as a community service and may change, be added, or be removed over time. Some features depend on data from third parties and may be unavailable if that data is temporarily unavailable.

9. Advertising, sponsorships, and monetization

Al Fhoud is free to use for its community features, and we keep the platform running by monetizing it. We may monetize the platform through advertising, sponsorships, affiliate or referral arrangements, paid or premium features, and any other lawful means. As the platform grows, the ways we monetize it may grow too.

Our approach is to keep monetization player-first: we aim to keep it non-intrusive, to avoid deceptive or manipulative patterns, and to avoid degrading the core community experience. This describes how we intend to operate — it is a statement of our approach, not a warranty or guarantee.

Advertising or sponsored content does not change our community rules, and we do not endorse a third party just because it advertises or partners with us. What data, if any, is involved in advertising and monetization is explained in our Privacy Policy. Under this approach we may, for example:

  • display advertising on the platform, including ads served by third-party ad networks, in clearly delineated ad spaces;
  • run sponsorships, brand partnerships, and promoted or sponsored content, which we label clearly (for example as "Sponsored" or "Ad") so you can always tell it apart from ordinary content;
  • include affiliate or referral links to third-party stores and services — if you follow such a link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

11. Your content and display name

You choose your display name and, through Google or Discord, your avatar. You keep ownership of these, and you grant Al Fhoud the permission needed to show them to other members where the feature calls for it (for example in social lists and multiplayer lobbies).

You are responsible for the content you choose. We may remove content or names that break these Terms.

Content you publish through Al Fhoud (reviews, tips, comparisons) remains your intellectual property. Al Fhoud stores references (platform, embed ID, game association) to display your content on the platform; we do not claim ownership of your videos or creative works.

12. Third-party game content and trademarks

The platform shows content, names, logos, images, and data from the games and services it features, and all such third-party content belongs to its respective owners. For example, League of Legends, VALORANT, and their related names, logos, images, and data are the property of Riot Games, Inc.; Al Fhoud is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games or any other game studio. Where we display a game’s data, we do so through that game’s public or developer resources, in line with its policies.

Al Fhoud isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

Free-games information comes from the stores and giveaway sources it originates from, and those titles and logos belong to their respective owners.

Al Fhoud does not sell, buy, trade, boost, or rent game accounts, and we do not offer anything that breaks the Terms of Service of Riot Games or any other game. We will not knowingly support activity that violates a game’s rules.

13. Al Fhoud’s intellectual property

The Al Fhoud name, the leopard mark, the brand design, and the original parts of the website and its tools are owned by Al Fhoud. You may not copy, resell, or reuse them without our written permission, except as allowed by law.

14. Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform running, but it is provided on an "as available" basis and we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may change, suspend, or stop any feature at any time.

15. Disclaimers

The platform and all information on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Game statistics, tier lists, schedules, and free-games information are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or out of date.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Al Fhoud and the people who run it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. The community features are free to use; to the extent we ever offer a paid feature, our total liability relating to that paid feature will not exceed the amount you paid us for it.

17. Suspension and account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion permanently removes your account and the data connected to it. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these Terms or that puts other members or the platform at risk.

18. Governing law and regulator

Al Fhoud is operated from the State of Kuwait, and these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. The platform is also subject to the regulations of CITRA (the Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority of Kuwait). This applies without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law that applies to you provides otherwise.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change we will update the effective date at the top of this page, and continued use of the platform after that means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@alfhouds.com. For account questions you can also use the in-app Settings, where you can edit your profile or delete your account.

21. Verifying your channels

You can optionally prove that you own a channel on an external platform (today, YouTube). To do this you sign in to that platform’s provider in a separate window and grant read-only access once, so we can confirm the channel is yours. This is separate from signing in to Al Fhoud: the account you verify with may be a different account, and it cannot be used to sign in to Al Fhoud.

You may only verify a channel you genuinely own or are authorised to represent. Verifying a channel you do not own is a breach of these Terms.

The Content Creators directory at alfhouds.com/content-creators lists channels, grouped under the platform each channel is registered on, and every listed channel also has its own page at alfhouds.com/channel/ followed by that channel's platform and channel identifier. A channel appears there because we have curated or endorsed it, not because a creator or streamer request was approved. Neither the directory nor a channel page shows your Al Fhoud display name or your public AF handle, and no Al Fhoud account identifier appears in a channel address. They show channel information only: the channel's name and @handle, the videos of yours we have approved, and — only where we hold a verified record for that channel — its avatar and subscriber count. Where we hold no verified record for a channel, no avatar and no subscriber count are shown, and we never display a zero in their place. Your profile is what links your Al Fhoud identity to your channel: at alfhouds.com/u/ followed by your public AF handle, anyone can see your Al Fhoud display name, your verified channel with its channel avatar and subscriber count, and the content you have published on your profile. The directory, the channel pages and the profile page are all visible to anyone and are indexable by search engines, so verifying a channel links your public gaming identity on Al Fhoud to your channel identity. The channel details shown are recorded when you verify, and we then refresh the channel's @handle, avatar and subscriber count from the platform's public data at least once every 30 days using our own server-side key, so they stay current; if the channel hides its subscriber count we continue to record no number rather than a zero.

A channel can be verified on only one Al Fhoud account. The first account to verify it keeps it, permanently. We do not transfer, re-assign, arbitrate or broker ownership of an external account, and there is no dispute process: if a channel is already verified elsewhere, the only resolution is for the current holder to remove it themselves.

You can remove a verified channel at any time by delinking it in Settings. Delinking is the only way a verified channel is removed, and it also deletes the provider sign-in details we stored for it.

You can also connect a Steam account. Steam confirms that the account is yours through its own sign-in, which returns an identity assertion and no access token, so Al Fhoud holds no credential for your Steam account and cannot post, trade, or act on your behalf. You may only connect a Steam account you genuinely own; connecting one you do not own is a breach of these Terms.

A Steam account can be connected to only one Al Fhoud account, on the same basis as a channel: the first account to connect it keeps it, permanently, and we do not transfer, re-assign, arbitrate or broker ownership of it. Your connected Steam account is shown on your profile at alfhouds.com/u/ followed by your public AF handle, with your Steam display name, your Steam avatar and a link to your public Steam community profile, so connecting it links your public gaming identity on Al Fhoud to your Steam identity. If your Steam profile is private, the badge shows only that an account is connected, without a name, an avatar or a link. The details shown are recorded when you connect and are not refreshed afterwards. You can remove the account at any time by delinking it in Settings, which is the only way it is removed.

Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation. Al Fhoud is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation, and your use of Steam is governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

22. Language of these Terms

The Arabic and English versions of these Terms are the official, authoritative versions. Any version provided in another language is a convenience translation only. In the event of any discrepancy, ambiguity, or error between a translated version and the Arabic or English version, the Arabic and English versions govern and prevail.
